MC3 is looking to contract an experienced Project Manager for our production team.   Project Manager will be the team lead for the core production team handling day to day communications from clients and effectively communicating that information to the MC3 teams: graphics, video, TableTop, technical and training.   The ideal candidate will proactively manage all deliverables.   If you're super organized, and are interested in being a part of a rapidly developing company, read on!

The Opportunity:   Freelance Project Manager
 Candidate must have live meeting experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferably with national sales meetings and product launch type events.   This is a freelance position. 
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
  • Meetings:  Set up and attend all client meetings, discussing agenda with client prior to the meeting, working with MC3 team to create any required materials for the meeting and confirming meeting attendance
  • Timeline:  Create timeline with production team including videos, PPT, working with the tech team as well as all creative, and communicate with all relevant teams that timeline
  • Presentation materials: Work with stakeholders and internal team on presentation materials, proactively gathering information on materials and communicating with all relevant team members
  • Post meeting:  Organize and archive all post-meeting documents, videos, PPTs and photos
  • Theme Development:  work as the point person with client and creative on effective theme development
Relationship building:
  • Contractors, vendors and other resources:  Effective sourcing of resources working within budgetary restraints, and development of contractor database as required.   Strengthen ties with external resources through effective communication, and clear delivery of required timelines.
  • Work closely and effectively with client to gain confidence and respect; developing strong rapport with key stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to solve problems and make critical decisions independently without supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, written and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to see and address situations before they become problems
  • Understanding and experience with working in an environment where confidentiality requirements are exceptionally high
  • Attention to detail and a strong customer service focus are essential.
  • Strength in Microsoft Excel, advance experience preferred
  • Ability to adapt and change in a very dynamic environment
