MC3 is seeking to contract experienced Instructional Designers to join our training team.    The right candidate will have experience designing training content for sales teams within the pharmaceutical industry.    The designer must have experience in adult learning, and have designed for product launches and national sales meetings.

The Opportunity:   Instructional Designer - Freelance
 
The Instructional Designers will develop highly interactive and engaging content that supports multiple learning styles. Designer must have experience working with the pharmaceutical industry.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Design and develop training content for pharmaceutical sales professionals
  • Design and develop engaging and creative workshops, distance learning, eLearning, and/or sustainment
  • Deliver content on time and within budget
  • Create high-quality, innovative facilitator and participant materials and learning solutions using proven instructional design methodology and current industry trends
  • Develop content that engages both learners who are newly hired as well as existing members of the sales force
  • Perform quality control through the development cycle
  • Effectively partner with MC3 training team members including medical writers, graphic designers and project managers to stay on task and deliver on time
  • Analyze learning needs and determine effective learning solutions that address knowledge and/or performance gaps
  • Potentially participate in client conference calls and review processes
  • Effectively leverage technology for workshop design and development
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Proven experience and application of adult learning theory and instructional design principles such as the ADDIE and AGES Model
  • Must have experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail is required
  • Proven ability to follow APA Style for referencing deliverables as well as MC3 style guides
  • Proficient in MS office and Adobe reader
  • Proven ability to adapt and change in a very dynamic environment
