MC3 is seeking an experienced Account Management professional to join our high performing account sales team representing MC3’s services to prospects and clients in Life Sciences, (pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies).

MC3 is a meeting production and training agency that provides communication, training, and live event solutions for Life Science companies. We creatively integrate our meeting production expertise, depth of training experience, and best-in-class technology to deliver highly interactive sales, launch and training experiences.   We have doubled in size over the past two years and are expanding our BD/Account Team to support continued growth.

The Opportunity:  Account Manager

MC3 has developed a long term strategic relationship with a major pharmaceutical company as the preferred provider of creative meeting production services.   An opportunity exists to also become a preferred provider of training and related technology services. 

This position will report to the Senior Vice President/Account Executive and will focus on developing and maximizing this relationship by providing an on-site presence at both of their locations in Delaware and Maryland.   The job requires the ability to spend significant time at the client HQ sites as well as at  MC3 home office in West Chester PA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry sales and marketing practices with 2 – 5 years experience in an account role in an agency or other service company supporting Pharma. 

Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to make connections and build relationships
  • Project management experience
  • Marketing and/or sales training a plus
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to create and implement strategies that target needs and increase client satisfaction
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and or account management in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Ability to travel with some overnight required.
